| Details: | Extension, re-roofing and over cladding of the front façade, plus the addition of signage towers, of an existing retail park. The works included car park remodelling and service yard improvements. All units were let during the contract period so additional liaison with the incoming tenants was an important part of the works (input into agreements to lease and advising on licences to alter). The works were procured and let on a traditional basis. |
