Details: | Strip out and remodel retail units in Friary Street. The works include removal of existing pedestrian bridge, extensive alteration and adaptions to existing reinforced concrete frame to provide new planar glazed facades to the street. Works also included infrastructure upgrades to the units and replacement of the pedestrian walkway stone flags. |

All units were let during the contract period so additional liaison with the incoming tenants was an important part of the works (input into agreements to lease and advising on licences to alter). The works were procured and let on a traditional basis. |
