| Details: | Demolition of an existing dilapidated property to enable the construction of ten assisted living apartments, including staff accommodation, for adults with learning disabilities. Each apartment provided the residents with their own front doors / postal addresses, kitchens and bathrooms. Secure gardens were provided to the side and rear, and visitor parking to the front of the property. |
