| Details: | Construction of a new four storey 60 bed nursing home and 5 staff flats with full basement including all fixtures, fittings and equipment and all associated external works including landscaped gardens and car parking. The scheme was logistically challenging as the new home was constructed in the back garden of an existing operating care home. On completion and registration of the new home residents were re-homed in the new facility allowing us to demolish the existing home. Phase two of the project was the construction of 23 extra care apartments with full underground car park. |
